From a one day board meeting to residential conferences, or exhilarating walking away days, we have all of the facilities you require for a successful event.

Free onsite parking for 100 cars and 3 bright conference rooms, with facilities from 2 delegates to 200. We also offer complimentary Wi-fi as well as fantastic cuisine and top quality, professional service.

If you’re looking for a unique place to hold your meetings or conferences, look no further.  As well as competitive day rates, we can provide flexible facilities to suit your individual requirements – however big or small your event.

IT facilities include built-in data projectors & screen, lectern, conference pads & pens, flipchart and complimentary WiFi.  We can also provide conference phones for the onsite organiser.

Refreshments can be provided throughout the day, we can cater for special diets including vegan, wheat, gluten and dairy free. All food is freshly prepared and cooked on site, using produce from local suppliers wherever possible.

There is free parking on site and disabled access and facilities.

Our Conference Rooms

The Alfriston Suite – Seating up to 100 cabaret or accommodating up to 200 for a product launch this is our largest room in the hotel. Magnificent views of the South Downs and surrounding landscape make for a wonderful setting for any event.

The Garden Suite – A bright room with panoramic views of our gardens seating up to 60 theatre style or 30 cabaret. Should you require a private lunch/dinner for your event this is an elegant dining space for up to 50 guests.

The Terrace Lounge – An ideal informal syndicate space for break-out meetings or refreshments. The soft seating and relaxed atmosphere also lends itself to smaller networking events or pre-dinner drinks and canapés.
