From small and intimate affairs to big parties with all your family & friends, we can ensure your private event is made very special.  Choose one of our four function rooms, seating 10 – 140 guests, for a sit down dinner, buffet lunch or perhaps an afternoon tea.

Our Function Rooms

The Alfriston Suite – Seating up to 100 cabaret or accommodating up to 200 for a product launch this is our largest room in the hotel. Magnificent views of the South Downs and surrounding landscape make for a wonderful setting for any event.

The Garden Suite – A bright room with panoramic views of our gardens seating up to 60 theatre style or 30 cabaret. Should you require a private lunch/dinner for your event this is an elegant dining space for up to 50 guests.

The Terrace Lounge – An ideal informal Afternoon teas or pre-dinner or drinks and canapés.  The soft seating and relaxed atmosphere also lends itself to a family gathering and celebration.
