Here at Deans Place, food is our passion, and having recently been awarded two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence throughout the hotel, we are keen to show off our skills. 

Alfriston is a wonderful place for a day out.  Take a stroll around the village's shops or to take a gentle amble along the river amidst the glorious South Downs, and Deans Place offers a superb place to meet and share time with friends.  Enjoy our hospitality in a relaxing atmosphere with log fires burning in our bar during the colder months, or in the Spring and Summer months relax on our terrace and within our gardens.

Morning Coffee and Afternoon Tea are served throughout the day or enjoy our bar & terrace menu for a lighter option, served from 11am until 9.15pm.

We look forward to welcoming you to Harcourts Resturant.  Our menus change monthly along with daily chef's recommendations so that we can offer the best of Sussex's wealth of local produce wherever possible.

Our restaurant is open 7 days a week for Lunch and Dinner, and our traditional Sunday Lunches are extremely popular.
Lunch is served in Harcourts from 12:30pm until 2.30pm, and Dinner is served from 6.30pm until 9.30pm.

Available throughout the day, offering light bites, morning coffee, afternoon tea and food for children.
 
Lunch Menu
Dine for £18.00 for two courses and £24.00 for three courses, Monday to Saturday.
 
Dinner Menu
Two courses are £28.00 per person, three courses are £35.00 per person including coffee and petit fours. 

Sunday Lunch Menu
£18.00 per person for two courses, and £24.00 per person for three courses including coffee. 
Children are more than welcome.

Vegetarian Menu
We also cater for vegetarians and vegans with our comprehensive Vegetarian Menu, available for both Lunch and Dinner.

Non residents are always welcome.
